Join us for our Bluefin Tuna Carving Dinner at 6pm on April 23rd, an unforgettable evening centered around a whole 200lb Japanese bluefin tuna, expertly broken down by our chefs in front of guests. The night features a 10-course dinner with appetizers, sashimi, and multiple preparations showcasing bluefin tuna, alongside sake served from a traditional Japanese sake barrel and music from a live DJ. A celebration of craftsmanship, flavor, and experience.
